Course Description This course focuses on plane Geometry, with elements of spatial and coordinate Geometry, measurement, proof, and basic right triangle trigonometry. Geometry is a high school mathematics course designed for students who have successfully completed Algebra 1.

Quiz Retakes Quizzes in this class can be retaken. Each quiz can be retaken one time, and the new grade will replace the old grade. Retakes must be completed before the unit test. In order to retake a quiz the student must meet the requirements set forth by their teacher.
Tardy Policy: When the bell has rung, class has started! If you are not in your seat when the bell has rung, you are late. Students that reach 4 tardies will be result in a referral to the Dean’s office. 9 tardies can result in being dropped from class.

Make-Up Work: Students can make up any missed test or quiz. Talk to Mr. Bolan to set up a time and place to take missed ones. Missing homework from an excused absence can be made up until the test date. Unexcused missing work can be made up after school, by appointment.
